WHEN SHOULD YOU HAVE A CHECK-UP?

As, the risk of having a disease increases as you get older, the importance of check-up processes also become more important. We recommend that every individual over 40 should have a check-up once in a year. The ones with risky cases in their family should have these tests done once in a year in early periods of their lives.

It is advantageous to have cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure values tested around 20s. If, these values are normal, the person should have a check-up in every 5 years then in every 3 years between the ages of 30-40.
