Chest Diseases

The Chest Diseases Department of our hospital provides in-patient, out-patient follow-up and treatment options. The lung graphy, medicated or non-medicated lung tomography, respiration functionality tests and blood analysis related with the problems influencing respiratory tract are conducted and evaluated for our patients evaluated in the polyclinic. In addition to these, bronchoscopy process can be performed at the videobronchoscopy unit. In case it is considered necessary, lung biography along with tomography, pleural fluid sampling along with ultrasound and pleural fluid drainage for treatment purposes can be done jointly with the radiology department.

As well as diagnosis and treatment of various diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia and lung cancer which influence our respiratory tract, allergy tests are conducted and consultancy on quitting smoking is provided in our department.
