The Orthopedics and Traumatology Department is the medical discipline dealing with the gained and congenital problems of the musculoskeletal system, in other words the discipline dealing with the diseases related with locomotor system. Within this scope, the latest treatment methods are applied by experienced staff of our hospital.

Arthroscopy and Sports Injuries

Shortly, arthroscopic surgery is examining and treating the region of joints through closed-surgical method. In this operation, the surgical procedure is done by making small incisions through using pen-like instruments. The biggest advantage is ensuring that the patient can return to his/her normal daily routine earlier than open surgical operations as there is less surgical incisions. All arthroscopic interventions of knee, shoulder and ankle are done successfully in our clinic. In addition, the treatment of helping treatment of any damaged tissue through the PRP method which has become popular in last years can be performed in our hospital.

Traumas

All kinds of surgical and non-surgical interventions on all kinds of fractures and dislocation, joint ligament injuries and muscle stiffness and tear, soft-tissue injuries and extremity muscle tendon injuries developed after a trauma (such as traffic accidents, sports injuries, shooting, work accidents and etc.) can be performed in our hospital.

Arthroplasty

Prosthesis treatment is applied in case of abrasion on the surface of articular cartilages is implemented. The knee, waist, elbow, ankle and finger prostheses are successfully implemented in our clinic.

Pediatric Orthopedics

Diagnosis and treatment (diagnosis through ultrasound) of congenital hip location and diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders related with pediatric patients such as pes equinovarus (PEV), cerebral palsy, shortness (brachydactylia), congenital deformities are done in our clinic.

Foot-Ankle Surgery

The surgical and non-surgical treatments related with foot and ankle such as compression, cartilage damage, bond and tendon ruptures, deformities of the thumb and other toes, plantar fasciopathy are performed in our hospital.

Shoulder-Elbow Surgery

The cartilage problems, muscle and tendon ruptures, nerve compressions and restriction of movement on shoulder and elbow region are successfully treated.
